Commuting by Train – AAARRRRHHHH! What is Hellerwork and my Favourite Shop in St Albans

June 13, 2017 - Mike Dilke

I cracked - Thameslink pushed me over the edge with their latest sneaky price increase. Commuting by train is AAARRRHHHH. This show also talks about Hellerwork and I chat to the proprietor of my favourite shop in St Albans.

LISTEN TO THE RELAXBACK UK SHOW HERE

Everyone has a story about what drives them nuts about commuting. Putting the prices up hugely on the train to London that I catch most often, under the guise of some making prices uniform, is mine. Listen to see and if you have any ways to endure a difficult commute then give them on this blog or come on the Relaxback UK show and share them. If you are the instigator of the price rise please do come on the show and explain the thought process behind it.

Hellerwork is a way of releasing body rigidity that may build up as we work agaist gravity. It also teaches patients to work with, rather than against, gravity. Hear the very interesting Roger Golten talk about his practice of Hellerwork here.

I really enjoy talking to businesses of all types but I do particularly like chatting to small businesses about the physical aspects of their work. As I am so nosey the discussion usually moves onto other topics as well! Hear Tony of the St Albans delicatessen Buongiorno Italia talk about his business.

THANK YOU FOR READING AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS ABOUT THE TOPICS IN THE RELAXBACK UK SHOW PLEASE DO ASK/ MAKE THEM HERE.
