Zen Swimming and Tai Chi are the topics on the RELAXBACK UK Show this week.
Roger Golten, alias Dr Posture, uses his experience in swimming, Hellerwork and the Alexander Technique to teach swimming in a way that he calls Zen Swimming. It helps a lot of people get more out of swimming and is great fun – hear about it here.
Michael Richards is a Tai Chi teacher and he spoke to me about what it is and the different ways in which it can help people. It was surprising – he has helped a boxer punch more efficiently through teaching him Tai Chi!
